Thursday ceili tickets can be bought at the door at the Mobtown Ballroom

Any available Friday and Saturday concert tickets can be bought on the Creative Alliance Website

Late registration for the workshops will be accepted at the Mobtown Ballroom Thursday night, or on Saturday morning at 9AM at ACCE school.

WEEKEND PASS:
Weekend Passes include EVERY event over the weekend: Workshops, Concert, Sessions, Ceili and all Sunday events. Full Weekend Pass is available until a concert sells out or April 1st, whichever comes first.

With ONE concert: $175 early bird, $195 after March 3

With BOTH Concerts: $195 early bird, $215 after March 3

Individual events (can be purchased a la carte or are included with the weekend pass)

Friday, April 4: Concert at the Creative Alliance featuring Trian and Trad Fest Faculty 7:30pm

$35 general public, included in the full weekend pass SOLD OUT - check the Creative Alliance website for tickets

What: A concert of Irish music masters featuring Trian (Liz Carroll, Billy McComiskey, and Daithi Sproule) as well as trad fest staff, including Steph Geremia (flute), Brendan Dolan (piano), Sarah Collins (fiddle), Eamon Sefton (guitar), Jim Eagan (fiddle), Eliot Grasso (pipes), Sean Earnest (guitar), The Mount Clare Connection (Peter Brice, Joanna Clare, and Richard Osban), Megan Downes (dance), and Catherine Marafino Brice (dance)

Where: Creative Alliance, 3134 Eastern Ave., Baltimore, MD 

Saturday April 5th Music and Dance Workshops 9:30am-3:30pm

Full day (two workshops): $110 early bird until March 3//$120 until April 1 // $130 After April 1 & Walk-Ins 

Half day (one workshop): $55 early bird until March 3//$60 until April 1 // $65 After April 1 & Walk-Ins

Tuition for Saturday workshops include the full day of workshops, morning warm up, all Saturday and Sunday sessions. They do not include the Concert or Sunday Classes/Seminars


What: A fun and intensive small group class in some of the many classes described on the Workshops page PLUS lunchtime intermediate session. This is a great opportunity to meet other musicians and learn from the masters! Students are able to sign up for ONE (1) class before lunch and ONE (1) class after lunch.


When: Saturday April 13th Start the day with a 9:30am orientation to get your bearings, learn about the instructors and warm up with a tune or two. Class starts at 10:00am. Lunch will be from 12-1:30 . Class resumes 1:30-3:30 pm.  There will be a session during lunch as well as after classes.


Where: ACCE (Academy for College and Career Exploration), 1300 W. 36th St., Baltimore, MD 21211

Lunch may be purchased with your registration for $16 and will include a gourmet lunchbox from DiPasquale's and beverage. (most dietary restrictions accommodated.)  ACCE is convenient to dining options in the area, but we encourage participants to stay and enjoy lunch at the school to take advantage of the lunch session and to socialize with other musicians.  For those who want them, Saturday lunchboxes must be purchased with your registration, or no later than April 1st.  Your lunch will be delivered and available to pickup at the cafeteria at noon. 

Saturday April 5th Irish Music Masters Concert Featuring Open the Door for Three and Trad Fest Faculty 7:30pm

$35 general public, included in the full weekend pass

What: A concert of Irish music masters featuring Open the Door for Three (Liz Knowles, Kieran O'Hare, and Pat Broaders) as well as trad fest staff, including a showcase by The Reel Housewives (Liz Carroll, Liz Knowles, Rose Flanagan, Pauline Connelly, Kathleen Conneelly, Donna Long, Laura Byrne, Eimear Arkins, and Eileen Gannon), Sean McComiskey, Catriona Fee, Josh Dukes, Meghan Mette, and John Walsh.

Refund - Transfer Policies

Workshops: To qualify for a workshop or weekend package full refund, a written cancellation must be received by close of business March 22, 2025. For cancellations received by close of business March 29 2025, a 50 percent (50%) refund will apply. After March 29th no refunds will be issued. Any “no-shows” will not be issued a refund. Registrations are transferable. Requests to transfer must be made in writing to the Baltimore Irish Trad Fest Director by April 1st and a separate registration form must be completed and signed by the new registrant. All requests for refunds will incur a $10.00 administrative fee per registration.

Cancellations for medical emergencies after the above deadlines will be considered on an individual basis and will require a physician's signed letter.

Concert tickets to the Concert at the Creative Alliance are non-refundable.
